| November 1, 2005 TRACTION PIN KIT DEMONSTRATED AT ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA ASSOCIATION, SURGICAL DRILL AIDS PHYSICIANS IN SKELETAL TRACTION AT LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTERS. BioAccess participated in the Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA), October 20-22, 2005 in Ontario Canada. The BioAccess Traction Pin Kit (TPK) was demonstrated at the Orthopedic Trauma Association meeting. The company was pleased with the initial strong response by orthopedic trauma surgeons to the Traction Pin Kit. There was a pre-meeting mailing regarding the BioAccess Traction Pin Kit, the use of a disposable surgical drill, and benefits to orthopedic trauma surgeons and trauma centers. This mailing developed an exceptional response. Orthopedic trauma surgeons commented on the superior advantages of the BioAccess technology over current practices, stating current practices are cumbersome, time consuming and extremely costly to the institution. Orthopedic surgeons also stated there would be a significant time saving to the physician and the added benefit of allowing the patient to move sooner from the Level 1 Emergency Department. “BioAccess was pleased to support the Orthopedic Trauma Association and the physicians who attended.” stated Robert Chapolini, MD, President. “The positive feedback from the current and prospective orthopedic trauma surgeons confirms the BioAccess Traction Pin Kit will exceed the needs of the orthopedic surgeons and the emergency department at the Level 1 and Level 2 trauma centers requiring temporary skeletal traction prior to definitive treatment. The Traction Pin Kit gives the surgeon all the needed tools, a superior disposable drill technology and convenience to expedite the transition to a Kirshner Tension Bow or Bohler Bow via the K-wire or Steinmann pin.” This document contains forward-looking statements, including without limitation, statements concerning planned product development objectives, potential product applications, and potential advantages of BioAccess products or planned products.
